To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jolly Jump, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (collectively, “the Operator”) shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, illness, or death arising out of or in connection with:
The use of the Park’s facilities, attractions, water features, equipment, or amenities by any visitor;
Any accident, slip, fall, drowning, collision, or other incident occurring within the Park, unless such incident is caused solely and directly by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Operator;
Any injury or damage arising from failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Park rules, safety notices, or staff instructions;
Any harm caused by other visitors, including acts or omissions of others;
Circumstances beyond the Operator’s reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, equipment malfunction, or acts of third parties.
All visitors acknowledge and accept that:
The Park contains water-based attractions and inherent risks associated with aquatic activities;
Entry to and use of the Park’s facilities, attractions, water features, equipment, or amenities is undertaken entirely at the visitor’s own risk;
The Operator does not assume and expressly disclaims any duty of care beyond that imposed by applicable Maltese law.
Tickets purchased are not refundable under any circumstance unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and EventWorks booking fee will NOT be refunded.
Venue Owner reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or compensation to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, EventWorks cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
